We accept returns within 30 days from the day the order is placed. Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. We do not offer refunds on duties and taxes.

Please reference the estimated ship time at checkout. Orders will ship from our Netherlands or US warehouse and generally arrive within 3-5 business days for US and EU orders and make take up to 10 business days for deliveries outside the US and EU. Orders are shipped in cardboard book packaging with branded tape.
Orders placed before 8am CET will be processed same day; all other orders will be processed the following day.
