1. General Return Policy:

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund. For country-specific details, please refer to our regional returns policy. This period allows you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.

1.2 Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it with a tolerance for reasonable physical handling.

  • In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

    Please note: Personalised items, such as custom products, are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Refunds will only be issued for products purchased directly from Type 7. We do not accept returns or process refunds for items purchased from third-party retailers, resellers, or other unauthorised outlets. If you have purchased from another vendor, please contact them directly for their return and refund policies.

    1.3 How to Initiate a Return:

    To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Simply follow the guided steps to complete your return request.

    Ensure that you include the original packing slip and order number within your return package. This helps us process your return swiftly and accurately.

    1.4 Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless your items are incorrect or damaged. You are free to choose any carrier that suits your needs.

    For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for high-value items.

     

    2. Regional Return Policy Considerations:

    2.1 European Union (EU):

    As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    If you choose to exercise this right:

    • We will refund the full purchase price, including the initial shipping costs, provided you return the items within the 14-day period. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    For returns made after this 14-day withdrawal period but within the 30-day return window:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and only the purchase price of the items will be refunded.

    2.2 United Kingdom (UK):

    In the UK, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    If you cancel within this 14-day period:

    • A full refund, including the original delivery costs, will be provided once we receive your returned items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    For returns made after the 14-day cancellation period but within the 30-day window:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund will cover only the purchase price of the items.

    2.3 United States (US):

    For all returns made within the 14-day window:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and can select the carrier of their choice.

    2.4 Rest of the World (ROW):

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and selecting a carrier for returns made within the 14-day window or within the statutory return window applicable in the country of sale, whichever is longer.

     

    3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products:

    3.1 Reporting Damages:

    If your items arrive damaged or defective or you received the incorrect item, you can raise a return request directly through our Returns Portal.

    Follow the steps to report your issue and include clear photographic evidence of the damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.

    3.2 Your Options:

    You can choose between:

    • A full refund, including the initial shipping costs, or

    • A replacement item at no additional cost.

     

    4. Refunds and Exchanges:

    4.1 Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

    If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be applied back to your account as store credit.

    4.2 Exchanges:

    If you would like to exchange an item:

    Please specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement in your return request.

    Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed once the original item is received.

     

    5. Non-Returnable Items:

    Personalised items and items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us, are non-returnable.

    For health and hygiene reasons, personal care products, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened.
