A rare look at Asia’s lesser known counterpart to Magnus Walker’s ‘277’ build.

We’re all quite familiar with Magnus Walker's iconic 1971 911 ‘277’ Porsche. So when Walker made his way across to Japan back in 2015, he decided to bring a piece of home along with him. Well kind of.

See, before Walker’s arrival to Japan, Saitama based Porsche specialist Crosspoint25 pieced together an incredibly accurate replica of the infamous 911, the perfect daily driver for his Tokyo visit.

Fast forward another 10 years, and here we are in Taipei City, Taiwan. When the chance to purchase the car popped up in Japan a few years back, a lucky Taiwan based collector jumped at the opportunity, since then the car sat in storage, almost never seen.

Until earlier this year, John, the car's newest owner, got his hands on it. Since collecting, the car has seen countless kilometers, John even drove the car 3 hours into the city just for us to get these shots.
